TIBVRTINI Oil is from the first cold pressing of freshly hand picked olives. It is non-filtered and organically grown. The olive varieties that give it its distinctive, delicate, and complex flavor include Brocanica (grown exclusively in Tivoli with possible origins in Egypt), Montanese, Oliva Dolce, Romana, Carboncella, and Rosciola. The taste of TIBVRTINI Oil can be described as a fresh flowery olive flavor with a clean and buttery almond opening to grassy tones ending with a slight pepper finish. Available in November/December, the novello (new oil) is an especially fine way to enjoy the flavor of TIBVRTINI Oil.
